Terms of Service

AICOR is a SaaS service provided by Universe Planet Japan Co., Ltd. for social media management, AI post generation, and sales tracking. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You must comply with Japanese law and the terms of each social platform
• You may not share or transfer your account credentials to third parties

The following activities are prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

• Harassment of others or spam posting
• Unauthorized access or attacks on the system
• Registering false information
• Association with antisocial organizations
• Any activity that violates applicable law
• Infringement of intellectual property rights or privacy of us or third parties

• Monthly subscription
• START: ¥3,300 / month (tax incl.)
• PRO: ¥9,800 / month (tax incl.)
• MAX: ¥13,690 / month (tax incl.)
• Payments processed securely via Stripe
• Cancellations take effect from the following month

As a general rule, refunds are not provided. Exceptions may be made in the event of failures attributable to us. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations, except as required by consumer protection law.

We may modify or suspend the service with prior notice. For temporary suspensions due to system maintenance, we will notify you in advance whenever possible.

We are not liable for:

• Changes to social platform API specifications
• Disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure
• Damages resulting from user error
• Accuracy or legality of AI-generated content

All content within the service (logos, designs, software, etc.) is the intellectual property of Universe Planet Japan Co., Ltd.. Content created by users remains the property of the respective user.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
